How to delete a client in SAP?



Avoid to  delete the client using SCC4 the space occupied by the client can’t be regained 
Login to the client you want to delete
Run tcode SCC5 

Tick mark on remove from table T000 to perform a complete removal
Leave the background server blank

Click  Schedule Job


 Click on Immediate
 Click on save
 Click on continue


Client deletion is started and log can be seen in SCC3

How to do the client copy in SAP?



Execute  tcode  SCCL, select the  appropriate option 


Click on save, Click on schedule on background job,    then schedule   job, click on immediate then save, continue 

Run the tcode SCC3 client copy / Transport log  analysis screen will open here you can check the status of  the client copy

How to create a client in SAP?


What is a SAP Client?
Client is a consumer. in SAP. Each consumer maps to one client. Within one SAP instance, a number of Clients can be created. No need to install separate software for each and every consumer. It provide  the  protection,  one client cannot see the data of another client. We can create   clients from 000 to 999. 
000 Client: - contains a simple organizational structure of  the company
001 Client:-  used to  create a new client.
066 Client: -  Early watch client.  SAP early watch alert diagnosis service.

How to create a client in SAP?

Run tcode SCC4


Click  the display button


Click the new entries


Enter the following and save

Client number and name
City
Currency, Roles
