How can you set the default printer, time zone, date and number format in Sap Basis?

How can you set the default printer, time zone, date and  number format in Sap Basis?

Go to tcode SU3 and go to the  Defaults tab, Select  the number  and Date Format, below the spool control  click the Drop down button from the  output device field  and choose the appropriate  printer model 

 

Enable the Output Immediately  and  Delete After  Output check boxes

Choose the Personal Time from the  Personal Time Zone

then press the Save button
