Go to  RZ11 -> Maintain profile parameter screen  will display enter rstr/max_filesize_MB      as parameter  name then click Display  button (below)

Display profile parameter attributes  screen will open, here  you can  Change value button, if you want to change the value (below)

Change parameter value,  popup will open  do the required changes and save it
