How to set the impermissible(illegal passwords) passwords for the users?

How to set the impermissible(illegal  passwords) passwords for the users?

Go to the transaction code  SE16,  enter the  table name USR40

then  click the   Create  Entries

 

The  Table for illegal  passwords  screen will open,  click  New Entries  button

Enter the illegal passwords  then  click the save button

 Hereafter,  the respective user  cannot  be able to use the above  mentioned passwords.
