How to Configure the  Printer in SAP?

Enter the Tcode SPAD in the  command line.   Click  the  Display button  in the Output  Device column 

 the spool administration (List of  output devices) will open ,

here you have to  click the change  button(below) ,

 then  click the  create button to  configure the printer(below)

 Here  your have fill the  output device and short name ,

  then go to the   Device Attribute tab,  select the device type  and device class(standard Printer for local printer(attached  the  the system )

Go to the Access Method(above)  in the Host Pool Access Method  Select G:Front End  Printing  with Control Tech, Host printer same as  Output  Device

For Test Printing (below) Go to the  Tray info click the picture button   from  Tray 1  Page format , The page format list will be display, click the printer button  to print the list.  Press save button save the printer configuration.
